This is the learning roadmap that I used to land a Data Science job at Meta. It took me 6 years and many failed interview attempts, so this is the roadmap that I used that worked (the one that eventually landed me my jobs). I’m sharing it here, so that you can learn from my mistakes and land your next Data Science job much quicker than I did 🙂

Here are the main steps / skills you need to learn to land a Data Science job + curated resources (these are my affiliate links!). I intentionally only listed the websites & courses that I trust, because there are so many options out there on the internet and a lot of them are… not good.

Step 1: Learn SQL or Python (pick one!)

Seriously, pick just one and get so incredibly good at it. You want to be so good at it that you can build an entire analytics / ML project, without touching ChatGPT or Google.
